Spring Musthave – the white tennis shoe

Ét af forårets/sommerens absolutte musthaves er et par hvide tennis-agtige sneakers. De er perfekte til bare (solbrændte) ben og kjole/nederdel/shorts eller allerede nu med jeans. Jeg har samlet et par af mine favoritter. De fås alle hos Asos og jeg har selvfølgelig et par på vej til mig selv også 😉 Der er INGEN affiliatelinks i indlæget og de fås formentlig også andre steder end Asos, synes bare det er så dejligt nemt med den gratis fragt (og alle de andre ting man lige kan snige i kruven ved samme lejlighed, ahem…)

One of the absolute musthaves of this Spring and Summer is a pair of tennis inspired sneakers. They are perfect for (tanned) legs and a skirt/dress/shorts or right now with jeans. I have made a little collage of sme of my favorites here 🙂 You can get them all at fabulous shoe-section at Asos 😉

Dem fra Lacoste er på vej til mig. Da jeg var barn i 80’ern og Lacoste var det hotteste, nægtede mine forældre at betale SÅ mange penge for en lille stofkrokodille, jeg måtte nøjes med en kopi med en fisk på 😀 Så jeg må tage revance nu, 25 år senere 😉

The sneakers from Lacoste is on their way to me. When I was a kid in the 80ies and Lacoste was the bomb, my parents refused to pay THAT much money for a polo-shirt and I had to wear a copy with a fish instead of a crocodile 😀 25 years later, I will get that damn crocodile 😉

OOTD – Stressed, but well-dressed

Her er et outfit fra forleden dag, da jeg var til pressedag hos Bestseller. Jeg er gået all in på Carmakoma, måske fordi jeg havde en kæmpe sæk med hjem fra deres lagersalg et par dage forinden. Og nyt tøj skal altså i brug med det samme! 😉

Here is an outfit from the other day when I went to the press showing at Bestseller (JUNAROSE). I certainly went all in on Carmakoma for that ocassion, maybe because I went to their sample sale a couple of days before. And new clothes must be worn immediately! 😉

I wish I was wearing – Navy and Black

Jeg kan slet ikke få nok af sort og navy sammen pt og RIGTIGT mange af mine outfits består af denne kombination. Nedenstående outfit har jeg faktisk allerede i mit skab, stortset i hvert fald 🙂

I cannot get enough of balck and navy at the moment and MANY of my outfits is exactly this colour combo. The below outfit is actually already in my wardrobe, with a few exceptions anyway 🙂

The bag (which my sister gave me for Christmas), the sweat from Zizzi (which I got on sale a couple of weeks ago) and the shoes (that are on their way right now) is already mine.

OOTD – I Love Copenhagen

Hi guys,

Yesterday my friend and I decided to NOT do what we usually do Saturday afternoon – go shooping 😉 We decided to take advantage of our beautiful city. First we visited Ny Carlsberg Glyptoteket a very beautiful museum in the centre of Copenhagen to see the temporary exhibit “Gauguin – Polynesia“. It is a very beautiful exhibit with some of the most important of Gauguin’s works on loan from all over the world. If you are in Copenhagen, go have a look. The exhibit is full of beautiful colours and tells the story of Gauguin and his love for the Polynesian people and their nature.

While we where there anyway, we took a tour through the permanent collection of the French Impressionists. I really love the French Impressionists, they really had a lovely aestitic. Van Gogh, Pissaro, Czesanne, Monet, Latrec and Picasso. And my favorite: Degas with his beautiful ballerinas.

After the Museeum we decided to go through Tivoli on our way home. That was an idea everybody else in Copenhagen had as well! Tivoli is such a beautiful garden/amusement park in the middle of the city centre. At Christmas they fill it with lights and decorations and you can buy all kind of goddies.

Here is what I wore:

 I bought the vest last year on sale. It was though still rather expensive but it is just so beautiful. It is lined with rabbit fur and the trim is racoon. On the back is a grey and silver leather inlay of a pair of angel wings (see close up further down in this post). It is a straight size item and it does not really close, but I like it better open anyway. I know it is not really PC, but I love fur… Real as well as fake.

OOTD – Autumn in the forest

Hi guys,
Today was a really beautiful autumn Sunday so I decided to grab my camera (Canon EOS 400D) and go for a walk in the forest to look at (and capture) some autumn scenes. I really love this time a year (when it is not raining of course) the changing colours of the trees, the crispness in the air and of course the chance to get out the knits and scarves again 😉

My teeny tiny blue flowery car in the forest “parking lot”. Isn’t it just cute in the sunlight? 😉

I also managed to get some pictures of my outfit with the beautiful forest as a backdrop. I wore the grey sweater (also mentioned here), my favorite scarf and the Adidas sneakers I bought in Boston.

I know that a plus size girl in leggins and an oversize tunic or knit is kind of a klichee, the stereotypical fat girl, but I really don’t care about fashion rules or being a klichee. I wil wear what I want and what I like, no matter if it is a micro mini skirt or leggins. I like the oversize trend and leggins are just so comfy for a sunday afternoon.
